o Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills o Team-oriented; builds cross-organizational consensus and cooperation o Strong time management skills and comfortable with a deadline driven schedule o Read and understand architectural plans and specs o Strong computer skills and experience with takeoff software programs o Must have the ability to work under deadlines o Have the ability to suggest value engineering solutions.
o Background in cad engineering a plus o Experienced in online construction lead programs a plus Salary commensurate with experience and ability.
