Estimator / Production Supervisor
Established aluminum construction / window & door installation company accepting applications for production supervisor / Estimator.
Job Duties:
Maintain current job schedule Communicate and over-see job schedule to the work-force.
Maintain warehouse inventory and company equipment for loss prevention.
Organize job boxes and materials prior to each job s schedule date.
Log material in and out as jobs are sent out and completed.
Report job status and completions to administration daily.
Communicate any and all discrepancies to management to maintain steady and smooth flow of production.
Maintain and log vehicle maintenance.
Skills/
Qualifications:
Exceptional organization skills.
Aluminum / window installation or fabrication experience.
Significant knowledge regarding materials involved in all aspects of aluminum and window construction.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Experience operating a forklift.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Self-motivated, reliable and dependable.
Willingness to learn.
Experience in a supervision / leadership role.
Comfortable with technology (computer and smart phone literate) Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Compensation:
Depends on experience.
