Job Description:
- Complete appropriate services according to level of design package purchased (i.
e.
, telephone interview, in:
home consultation, shopping assistance, post:
delivery in:
home meeting and telephone assistance, accessory shopping and placement assistance) - Work with Clients to establish estimated budget for design plan - Implement design projects from concept to completion according to the scope of design package and Clients' expectations, including but not limited to:
floor planning and selection of interior specifications, such as color pallets, furnishings, wall coverings, soft goods, art, accessories and finishes - Suggest furniture, accessories and finishes from City Furniture and/or Ashley Furniture HomeStores showrooms or other furniture retailers - Work with Sales Associates to create invoices, schedule delivery, etc.
for purchased product - Maintain acceptable level in Customer Satisfaction Ratings - Communicate status of all projects to Manager - Document Client's information and the progress of all projects in company's technology tools - Attend required department and/or team meetings Source:
