Job Title:
Front Desk Receptionist We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our radiology office team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and visitors, while also performing administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Patient registration Enter data accurately into patients' charts Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality Assist with billing and coding procedures by way of entering correct data in the system Manage office supplies and inventory Assist with patient care as needed Perform other administrative duties as assigned We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a medical office or customer service role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in Google Suites and Outlook and electronic medical records systems Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment Provide exceptional customer service Exceptional interpersonal skills and caring demeanor Bilingual a plus.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
