Provide expert nutritional care for residents.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including MDs, OTs, STs, Nurses, and Nutrition Services.
Conduct thorough nutrition assessments and document resident data.
Contribute to Quality Assurance audits.
Be an essential member of the IDT team.
NDTR Role:
Deliver medical nutrition therapy under RD guidance.
Collaborate with RDs, Rehab specialists, OTs, STs, PTs, Physicians, and Food Service Directors.
Educate nursing, rehab, and food service teams.
Conduct clinical and food service audits.
