The Customer Associate welcomes patients and visitors at the clinic.
Strong communication is expected with clinic team members and providers creating a positive and smooth patient experience.
The ideal candidate will have a background in medical or dental front office.
Typical responsibilities include:
checking in and checking out patients scheduling appointments validating insurance updating patient demographics collecting copayments pre-visit planning provide quality customer service Minimum one year experience in a medical or dental practice setting is preferred but special consideration is made if you have experience that would complement this role.
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.
