The General Manager is responsible for the successful operation of the entire restaurant with a focus of building and maintaining a positive atmosphere where members of our team enjoy coming to work and delivering outstanding customer service to our guests.
Key responsibilities include finding, hiring, and developing employees, conducting new hire orientation, and developing the training plan for each member of the team.
The General Manager is also responsible for scheduling and deploying the team correctly, addressing performance issues, assisting in the resolution of customer issues, and leading the team to achieve our People, Customer Service, and financial targets.
The ideal General Manager candidate has strong leadership and communication skills, a track record of people development, and a positive attitude.
Candidates with previous General Manager experience or at least 3 years of Manager or Supervisor experience in a restaurant required.
