Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant acts as the supportive force that empowers our senior leadership.
The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver who has exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
The Executive Assistant must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
Snapshot of key accountabilities:
Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the CEO's priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, reservations and other company logistics Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management Manage, coordinate, and arrange senior executives' travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination Handle administrative needs of executive and provide office support Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite Manage facilities, maintain and order supplies Act as a personal assistant helping executive with personal errands Traits required for success:
