This role requires a deep understanding of various social media platforms, digital marketing trends and excellent collaboration analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective social media advertising strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate qualified leads with the digital marketing team.
Create, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Conduct thorough audience research and analysis to identify target demographics, interests, and behaviors, ensuring precise targeting for maximum campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media advertising strategies with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
Craft compelling and engaging ad copy, headlines, and visuals that resonate with target audiences and drive desired actions.
Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance metrics, using tools like Google Analytics and social media ad platform insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign performance.
Implement A/B testing methodologies to refine ad targeting, creative elements, and landing pages for continuous improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and social media platform updates to incorporate innovative strategies into advertising campaigns.
Provide regular reports on campaign performance, presenting key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and other team members to ensure consistent branding and messaging across social media ad campaigns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field required.

years of proven work experience as a Social Media Ads Specialist or similar role, preferably within the automotive industry.
Work collaboratively with the digital marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital marketing efforts.
Assist in other digital marketing initiatives as needed, such as email marketing, content creation, and SEO.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, advertising tools, and best practices.
Proficiency in utilizing Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for crafting compelling ad copy and visuals.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to measure and track campaign performance.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus.
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
