Assistant General Manager

The NEW Champions Run Luxury RV Resort in Ocala, FL is seeking an experienced AGM.
Horizon Outdoor Hospitality, a leading resort management company, is seeking a superstar to join our team and work alongside us and the resort General Manager at this beautiful 400
site resort.
Applicants should possess a can-do mentality with the willingness to go the extra mile for their team and our guests.
Horizon Outdoor Hospitality provides staff members with guidance and support to ensure the resort exceeds expectations.
Previous hospitality management experience preferred.
Applicants should feel comfortable working with a budget, have retail sales experience, possess a knowledge of basic campground infrastructure, strength in building and leading a team, and strive to provide world-class hospitality and experiences to our guests.
Compensation depends on experience but includes a competitive salary (paid for all hours worked), a complimentary RV site and utilities, an opportunity to participate in a company-sponsored 401K program with up to 4% company match, health insurance and other career-like benefits, and paid time off.

Effectively communicates to a variety of audiences and ability to tailor communication appropriately, verbally and in writing.
Partner with GM to create a positive work environment; Serve as a support resource for front desk/guest services, store and food & beverage team members.
Participates in weekly revenue management and marketing strategy meetings.
Regularly updates property management system regarding inventory stock and re-stock, rates, and availability.
Ability to effectively use various computer software including sales tracking software, CRM tools, HR & payroll systems.
Weekly marketing and effective interaction in social media platforms.
Regularly intervenes, assists, and documents guest and employee incidents.
Approve and process vendor invoices, complete bank deposits, audit cash banks, and perform other accounting-related functions as necessary.
Fills in across entire property when necessary.
Lead by example and be reliable in attendance & flexibility.
Perform other duties as assigned.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
