Job Description:
Carwash Associate -Express Model The Express Carwash associate position is a non-exempt hourly rate position that covers several roles and performs the duties of each role based on the Mr.
Clean Carwash training.
They consistently deliver fantastic quality workmanship with attention to detail with a focus on high levels of customer service that assures guest satisfaction.
Express carwash associate roles/positions include lot attendant, sign holder, kiosk assist, POS user.
Additional roles and responsibilities include prepping and loading vehicles at the tunnel entrance and cleaning the tunnel based on age.
The express carwash associate needs to be certified in all positions and their work day can be any or all of these positions based on business needs and management direction.
Express Carwash Associate duties include but are not limited to:
Provide excellent quality and customer service at all times for all positions Follow all MCCW/CMC training for each position Follow Safety Standards per operations and safety manuals Follow appearance standards and other Associate Handbook Guidelines at all times Ensure high quality results on every guest vehicle Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times Uphold Brand Standards of the company Enthusiastically greet guests with a smile and at your service attitude Greet, prep and load guests into the tunnel, provide safety instructions and thank them for their business Greet guests in the self-vacuum lanes, maintain the area cleanliness, keep towels and products clean and available Explain and offer services, memberships and programs to guests Update membership plans when needed for guests Help maintain overall site appearance (clean lot, windows, bathrooms, lobby, tunnel) Inform management of any issue that comes up (safety, mechanical, damages, cleanliness, guest service, etc.
) Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons (heat of the summer, cold of the winter) Be on your feet for extended periods of time/the entire work shift Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties Any other job task or duties assigned by Management Job Type:
