We are seeking a Guest Services Agent that reflect our high standards of service.

Summary:
In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a busy rental office.
You will oversee the reservations, processing of listings, contracts, advertising, work orders, housekeeping etc.
, and assist when needed with the sales team.
This position reports directly to the Office Manager.
What You Will Do:
Other duties may be assigned.
Answer and direct all calls in an efficient and professional manner; addressing the needs of the callers Adhere to strict hospitality standards Create booking sheets for new tenants Submit maintenance/vendor invoices to accounting for processing Update rental GOEL spreadsheet for management Create physical file for all of current tenants Call current tenants prior to expiration of lease to renew the lease Enter work orders into software for billing (rentals) Make and update utility tab for tenants when owner pays partial bill Update company software with any changes to rental units Create an electronic file and upload all documents for new properties Schedule rental showing appointments (add to the calendar) Create expense reports for credit card purchases for the rental department Processing electronic bank deposits for all rentals Enter work orders for maintenance department in software Coordinate all maintenance vendors for properties inside the gates Check-in & Check-out Reports Booking all of vacation rentals Entering and updating HOA Community electronic files Collecting past due guest balances Create list of office supplies as needed Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned Regular and reliable attendance and your physical presence at the work site What You Need:
Prior reservationist/front desk experience is helpful, but not required Must be a team player and willing to help others for the success of the company Solid computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) A pleasant an professional phone manner Ability to present and conduct self in a professional manner at all times Ability to establish work priorities and remain flexible Ability to respond in a calm and effective manner to a variety of demands and personality types Ability to meet deadlines; resourcefully complete challenging tasks Ability to prioritize and multi-task independently of others judgement Ability to prepare, disclose and handle confidential and sensitive information Must demonstrate commitment, dedication, and self-motivation Excellent written and oral communication skills Must be dependable Job Type:
