Accountable for the successful customer management in assigned territory.
Receive and enter a high volume of sales orders that come by phone, fax and email.
Enter cases and follow through to timely resolution.
Answer phone calls and maintain professional demeanor while addressing customer requests including assisting customers with product inquiries and problems.
Frequently check voice mail, fax & email for incoming orders or inquiries Assist Customer Service Team by performing other duties, as needed.
Provides back-up support to other group members in the performance of job duties as required.
Technical inclination with the ability to learn extensive information regarding Winco's products Professional phone manner; warm, friendly, helpful demeanor; ability to project the Winco image of dedication, concern & care for our customers.
Competencies Proper phone use (correct answering, voicemail access, hold, transfer calls) Customer Service Skills (Listening, problem solving, recognizing sales opportunities) Product Knowledge (Models of chairs, accessories, uses of chairs) Using the Sales System to create a Sales Order from a PO (retrieving POs, order entry, calculating tax and freight, document control) Detail oriented Ability to multi-task High level of accuracy/accountability Team focused Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Benefits & Compensation Overview:

Required Education and Experience High school diploma or GED.
Customer service experience.
Computer experience.
Strong computer skills and ability to type 40
words per minute; ability to enter data quickly & accurately.
Excellent organizational skills; ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize work.
Basic Math skills; good grammar and spelling.
Preferred Education and Experience AA degree or equivalent experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
