We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations for a specific department within our Distribution Center.
As a supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of up to 30 employees, leading company initiatives and ensures maximum productivity, training in a safe environment, while controlling expenses and shrink, and remaining compliant with company procedures.
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate employees to exceed customer expectations Manage labor cost and monitor payroll to ensure compliance with attendance policy Minimize operational costs and maximize operational quality Monitor processes and suggest changes to improve productivity, efficiency, and accuracy Ensure objectives are met pertaining to safety, delivery, inventory management, order fill rates, and operational costs Ensure on-time receiving, stocking, replenishment, selection, and shipping of merchandise Requirements:
1-2 years of warehouse experience High school diploma or GED Prior experience operating Powered Industrial Equipment (PIE) Preferred:
3-5 years of warehouse experience 1-2 years of supervisory experience Bilingual Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
