We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation.
The ideal candidate will complete all activities accurately, promptly and with high attention to detail.
The goal is to complete all activities in a timely manner, with high quality and in compliance with company policies, federal and state laws and company policies.
Responsibilities Greet and check patients in/out upon arrival Answer incoming phone calls and take messages Organize and schedule appointments using our EMR system Create and update patient records ensuring accurate information (e.
g.
name change, diagnosis, etc.
) Check patients out upon their departure/visits Perform other clerical duties as needed or assigned (e.
g.
inputting documents, scanning documents, etc.
) Maintain office environment cleanliness Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Experience:
Minimum of 1 years' experience in a front desk role required.
Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
