Summary:
Our growing nurse registry is seeking a full-time Administrator for our growing Palm Beach Florida region.
They assume responsibility for all of the day-to-day operations of the organization in the Delray Beach office including but not limited to scheduling, recruiting, marketing, growth, management, and customer service.

Qualifications:
- Be an individual with training and experience in health service administration and at least two years of supervisory or administrative experience in the health care field.
- Have knowledge, thorough training, experience or education, with the work requirements and the prerequisites for licensure or certification in each of the health care disciplines and specialties for which the registry is providing referrals.
- Have knowledge regarding the rules of AHCA and comply with them in the nurse registry; Ability to learn, assimilate, and apply principles of current health care practice.
Ability to organize work procedures, assume responsibility, and effectively supervise others.
Possesses excellent problem-solving techniques and abilities.
Satisfactory background screening results (Level 2).
Demonstrated ability in or application of organizational/communication skills.
Ability to deal effectively with high levels of stress.
Ability to enlist the cooperation of many people in furthering a program.
Job Description:
1.
Drive the business to meet monthly revenue goals by weekly oversight of schedulers, recruiters, nurses, and marketers.
2.
Assures appropriate staff supervision during all operating hours including oversight of:
Employs qualified personnel and ensures adequate office staff education and evaluations.
Consistently follows Agency policies and procedures to set an example for employees.
Assesses employees on an ongoing basis to ascertain their understanding and enforcement of policies and procedures.
Establishes and maintains effective channels of communication.
Ensures all staff has current industry information and current practices.
Reinforces company philosophy with all employees.
Disciplines employees as necessary and documents employee problems in personnel files.
Maintains two-way communication with employees and fair administration of personnel policies.
Ensures staff development including orientation, in-service education, and continuing education.
3.
Directs and monitors organizational Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement activities 4.
Assists with the development of budget plans and cost control policies and procedures.
5.
Ensures a professional atmosphere and professional decorum of the entire office and every team member.
This includes professional business casual dress of all office personnel, telephone, and computer usage limited to work-related.
6.
Maintains compliance with applicable federal, state, local rules and regulations and maintains current knowledge of local trends and issues.
7.
Participates in personal professional growth and development.
8.
Plans and directs operations to ensure the provision of adequate and appropriate referral services.
9.
Oversees the recruiting and orienting of independent contractors to maintain appropriate referral levels.
10.
Be responsible for informing each independent contractor with the law and rules of AHCA and shall have copies of the rules available for reference; 11.
Be available, or have the alternate administrator available, at all times during operating hours and be responsible for the total operation of the nurse registry.
12.
Works well and coordinates programs in other areas as appropriate.
13.
