Farm & Construction Equipment Sales & BDC Specialist

Ocala, FL Ocala, FL Full-time Full-time $18 - $20 an hour $18 - $20 an hour Business is Booming! We have a huge expansion and remodel currently under construction and we are looking to add an experienced bilingual lawn and agriculture equipment sales & BDC professional.
This is an upwardly mobile position starting with extensive BDC networking and sales of lawn equipment working upwards to agriculture and construction equipment.
Must be willing and experienced in cold calling both on the phone and in person.
Ideal candidates must have mechanical experience preferably with lawn equipment and handheld power equipment to start.
We have vendor established web-based training to build upon previous farm & agriculture equipment sales background.
Candidates must have extensive BDC experience along with a proven background in sales and customer service.
Must be outgoing and motivated to meet or exceed meet sales and unit goals.
Pay is based on performance as this is an hourly payrate and commission-based position.
Professional appearance, excellent organizational skills, self-motivation, and strong customer service skills before, during, and after the sale are the qualities needed to be successful.
Candidates must be able to pass company mandated drug screening.
Base expectations Interact with customers to help guide them with their equipment purchase, asking questions and listening carefully.
Search our inventory of equipment to help find the perfect match for your customer.
Describe all optional equipment and accessories available for customer purchase, explain in detail product features and benefits.
Use outstanding communication and listening skills to help negotiate terms that ensure payment options meet your customers' lifestyles, budgets, and expectations; close the deal.
Deliver a minimum number of equipment each month.
Provide an exceptional customer experience, driving loyalty by following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Help transition customers to our Service departments to support their ownership experience, selling the quality and convenience of service repairs and/or aftermarket parts and accessories available from the Ocala Tractor service department.
What are the requirements? Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Mechanical Background/knowledge.
