Lee's has won Best Chicken in Ocala many times and also many National Awards from the Company as well for 35 years.
Recently renovating our sales have greatly increased creating the opportunity for additional Managers to be added to out Team.
Job Duties -Provide great customer service & leadership with a positive mindset -Oversee daily operations of the restaurant openings & closings -Ensure restaurant's policies and procedures are being followed -Ensure all food safety procedures are being followed -Train, coach, and mentor team members -Lead by example with hands-on performance of any job needed -Post invoices, order supplies and help take weekly inventory -Coordinate team positions for each shift and give schedule input -Be a team builder & stress reducer with calm energy & hard work -Work any day of the week and be available for shifts ranging between the hours of 7am and Midnight -Be confident & humble enough to admit a mistake and move forward.
Minimum Requirements -5 yrs restaurant management experience in fast-paced environment -High School Degree or GED/Serve Safe certified -High Level of Integrity, Honesty, Dependability, and Punctuality -Ability to handle difficult interactions with calmness and respect Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$40,000.
