Job Duties Manage customer inquiries, including requests, orders, and complaints, through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Handle order returns and refund requests efficiently.
Process payments accurately.
Occasionally, travel to participate in tradeshows.
Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by management.
Work schedule The work hours for this position are from 9 am to 5:
30 pm, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
Occasionally, there may be weekend work required, but you will receive at least one week's notice in advance.
You will either have a shift change or be compensated for overtime during weekend work.
