Busy Home Health Agency looking for an experienced staffing/scheduling coordinator to fulfill office duties including, but not limited to, the following:
Making service calls to referral sources and prospects Assigning/Staffing/Scheduling Clinicians to patients for appropriate needs Additional
Responsibilities:
Receives and coordinates home care referrals Ensures orders are timely and filing is current Makes service calls to referral sources to offer available personnel and to prospects to gather information regarding client needs Tracks physician orders, case conferences, re-certifications, in-service and supervisory visits Initiates complaint and service failure reporting and investigation, including appropriate and ongoing resolution Scheduling appropriate clinicians to patients' needs Answering phones and directing calls New patient intake/Referral Maintaining patient schedules Sending and receiving physician orders Scanning/Filing/Medical Record Management Assisting the Office Manager as needed This candidate must have prior Home Health experience and knowledge to work independently with minimal direction and supervision.
Candidate must be willing to actively take initiative to complete daily responsibilities and tasks along with any other assigned duties.
