Summary:
Our Operations Managers will work directly with customers and Team Members to provide courteous, friendly, and professional assistance while enforcing Sky Zone safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
Serve all facility and operational needs Oversee operations of the entire facility, including opening or closing, while working Manager on Duty Shifts Resolve any non-routine guest experience issues to ensure WOW Address emergencies and disruptions, as well as provide corrective actions and measures to avoid them Maintain all Sky Zone policies and procedures Assist in hiring, training, developing and evaluating part-time team members Conduct regular equipment inspections Select and supervise outside contractor services when needed Supervise routine internal maintenance sessions Job Types:
Full-time, Contract Pay:

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
