Job Description:
APC is seeking a Configuration Management Specialist in Crystal River, FL.
This position will assist in developing reports and measures related to departmental strategic plans and initiatives.
This position requires heavy customer interaction; generally with construction, engineering, operations and maintenance staff members as well as record managers, sourcing and legal.
You will be working with management and customers to ensure that work performance is acceptable, attending regular on-site meetings with generation customers, interfacing with supervisors and co-workers to ensure consistency and proper procedure implementation, and serve as a liaison to the customer.
Travel and attendance requirements:
Consistent 40 hour weeks are expected.
Work hours range from 6 am to 6 pm.
Work schedule may be changed based upon staffing and workload.

Experience:
Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience in records management, configuration management Minimum of 3-years demonstrated experience supporting project and resource and records and information management program Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively Ability to take independent action and make autonomous decisions when necessary Proficiency in MS Windows applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint) Broad understanding or ability to quickly grasp projects and tools (collaboration and filing needs, document types, site/corporate environments, current procedures, team energies, scheduling and budgets) Strong understanding of practices and processes of external and internal engineered projects with multiple supplier partnerships and alliances Proven experience with construction engineering projects especially in tracking drawings and documents throughout the engineering and construction process Strong demonstrated customer service orientation Strong leadership skills and ability to work with limited supervision, self-starter Proven experience in electronic data management (EDM) applications and processes Able to lift up to 25 pounds Source:
