Metal Finisher / Material Finisher
FastTrack Staffing, Your fast and focused staffing solution is currently seeking for a Material Finisher/Grinder for a well known company in town.
REQUIREMENTS:
oMust have minimum 6 months past work experience as a Material Finisher.
oHS diploma or GED
oMUST have PROBABLE knowledge using power and hand tools.
Duties include, but not limited to:
oGrind, sand, clean and polish metal parts to correct defects.
oPrepare metal products for further finishing using hand and power tools.
oLoad and adjust metal pieces onto equipment or work tables, using hand tools.
oVerify quality of finished metal pieces by inspecting them, comparing them to templates, measuring their dimensions, or testing them in working machinery.
oMark defects such as knotholes, cracks, and splits for repair.
Please apply if you are mechanical inclined and have experience using metal grinders or polishers.
FULL TIME - Temp to hire position.
Compensation will be $10.50 and up based on experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
