Responsibilities:
Accomplishes department objectives by meeting work and cost standards; providing customer service to sales/

Project Coordinator Job Duties:
Must issue, request proper execution and track all required Construction Project Documentation; such as Proposals, Letter of Intents, Subcontracts, Change Orders, Purchase Order, Drawings, Submittals, RFI's, Invoices, Lien Waivers, Prelims, Releases, Certificates of Insurance, Close-out Documents, etc.
Coordinate meetings and schedule site visits as requested by construction superintendents as needed by the field
Handle purchase orders and contracts.
Provide a project file for all orders
Assist the sales manager with tracking of progress and quality of work being performed
Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information production.
Prepare substantial completion certificates and ensure all required project close out documents are obtained
Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and developing this attitude in others
PROJECT COORDINATOR/ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

years of study or experience in construction management
Proficiency in MS Office, and internet searches
Ability to read architectural drawings and CRM software preferred
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Must be a self-starter who achieves maximum results with minimal supervision
Maintains a professional demeanor when working in stressful situations
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
