Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative role is a traditional sales and service call center career. Our representatives assist customers with routine requests, questions and concerns, and resolving customer issues.
Required Qualifications
:
At least 18 years of age
6 months experience operating a computer in Windows based environment
Availability to work a flexible schedule which includes all hours of call center operation
TESTS: Applicants will be expected to pass any assessment associated with the position. Previous sales and customer service experience preferred.
To start, you'll earn $10.51 to $15.26 per hour based on your education and work experience. Then, you'll have the opportunity to receive a raise after only 6 months! Our representatives are also eligible for performance-based incentives, so you can earn even more.
