Essential functions of the job:
Responsible for the day to day operation of a pest control customer route using training provided to ensure the most efficient pest solution for our customers.
The work environment is a combination of field work and home visits.
Will be required to work in the outside environment and must be able to walk large expanses of lawn and landscaping.
Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and cross sell additional services.
Discuss the scope of services provided with the customer.
Apply all products according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions.
Respond to customer service requests, address concerns and provide verbal and written communication in a timely manner.
Maintain a professional image through daily attention to vehicle and equipment maintenance and cleanliness as well as personal, professional appearance.
Accurately and professionally complete all service related paperwork.
Obey all vehicle policies and procedures.
Strong Organizational skills and ability to work independently
Must be able to exhibit strong customer service skills
Qualifications:
Must have at least 1 year of experience in GHP (General Houshold Pest Control)
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
