Service Advisor
Busy North Central Florida dealership seeks experienced and dedicated Service Consultant/Advisor to join our team.
Core Requirements:
Provide excellent customer service and a sincere desire to serve our customers internally and externally, keeping in mind that our customer's perspective comes first.
Provide a friendly, professional greeting to every customer and help identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns.
Communicate additional repair and service needs to customer based on vehicle inspection.
Serve as the communicator between customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.
Attention to detail is very important.
Candidate must pass company pre-employment requirements. Competitive pay and benefits available. EOE, DFWP.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
