Customer Care Agent

Candidates must have the ability to work with various software and experience researching information via Internet and phone.
Must be resourceful and intuitive in nature, as well as, have solid people skills to handle customers' needs in a compassionate and pleasant manner.
Experience using Excel Spreadsheets, logging and entering data.
Excellent customer care service skill is a must.
Experience with the healthcare industry, pharmaceutical and or communicating with professionals in doctor's offices, a plus.
Detail oriented.
