Apartment Maintenance Technician

We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Tech to join our team in Ocala. Ideal candidates should have one to three years' experience in an equivalent role. HVAC certification and CPO is preferred.
Job Requirements
Possess excellent customer service, communication, leadership, and follow-up skills
Thrive in a team-oriented, fast pasted environment
Must be able to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, appliances, swimming pools, painting, electrical, irrigation systems, and carpentry
Minimum of 1 year verifiable apartment maintenance or hotel industry experience
Solid and consistent work history with excellent references
Must be available for on-call after hours emergencies
High school diploma or GED
Must be able to speak, read, and write English in a manner sufficient to carry out the duties
Must have reliable transportation.
Drug and background testing required
CPO certified or competent knowledge of pool cleaning/servicing
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
