SEPL (Sales, Estimator, Project Leader): Specialty Construction
Seeking a highly motivated SEPL for our Ocala, Florida Market.
Directly responsible for all aspects of a work contract from lead generation through estimating, sales, job management & billing. Responsible for the workability & the profilitablity of the job until completion. Individual must be assertive, decisive & take whatever actions are necessary to reach this objective. This Company was established in the 1920s & is still growing strong, with a regional forces in the construction industry. Today there are 13 locations, covering nine states.
SEPL reports directly to President & seeks to work with the Mission & Principles of the Company
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Professional F2F customer interaction & sales involvement from initial contact through business close.
Develops relationships with construction buyers/influencers, including building owners & managers, plant engineers, architects & general contractor
Estimate commercial projects to produce a scope of work & then prepares a written proposal
Resolve problems & issues that may arise - includes both technical & contractual
Manages the process as the Project Leader from sales negotiation to completion of work
General understanding of construction methods, materials, & standards
General understanding of building code requirements
Experience in commercial construction estimating with a reputable company is a plus
Experience in interpreting architectural drawings & engineering specifications is a plus
Qualifications:

years sales/ estimating experience
Technically proficient/expertise in the industry of construction (or related field)
Professional communication skills
Must have an energetic & a drive to succeed personality
Strong negotiation skills
Able to work individually & as a team player
Possess skill of persuasion when presenting proposals
Ability to travel (as necessary)
College Degree in Sales, Business, Construction, Project Management, Engineering (preferred).
Recent college graduates who are highly motivated & competitive are encouraged to apply.
COMPENSATION:
The goal of compensation for the SEPL position is to be among the most highly compensated people in the company & in the construction industry.
Bonus Potential: 50k-500k (documented)

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
