R+L Global Logistics is seeking a skilled and energetic Warehouse Associate to join our growing logistics company.
The Warehouse Associate will lend direct support to the Logistics and Supply Chain Department.
Summary of Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Work in the Deposco system - research, analysis and reporting to the Warehouse SupervisorKnow inventory control mechanisms and do stock takes when requiredKeep accurate and effective records regarding KPI's and processesSupport the Warehouse Supervisor in functions related to order entry, receipt, finalizationAble to take photographs to support our endeavors and upload to Cargo Wise edocsWork in tandem with the warehouse point of contact and project coordinators to ensure a fluid line of communicationVerify Receipts, Docket ID's, Labels, Packing List, Bills of Lading, Lot #, Serial #'s, Product Codes, Item #'s , SKU #'s , Product descriptionVerify Seal #'s Container #'s, Load #'s, Pro #'s , Reference #'s, Pallet and Piece countAbility to track and identify potential issues in the supply chain processDistribution of orders/receipts/RMA's as neededOther administrative and clerical duties and projects as assigned by supervisor/managerKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
